Small and large EMBROIDERED badges, with either overlocked or laser cut edges, sew on or heat seal. Latest production methods allow good detail, and small motifs are no problem. Any quantity can be supplied, but they do become extremely competitive in large runs.

WOVEN BADGES (backed and overlocked) are sometimes more suitable, and can be less expensive than embroidered badges low unit cost especially on large quantities (but minimum run is 1000).
